THE RIGHT PRICE
Why would new skis and older skis be priced the same ? On internet, you will find all sorts of incredible deals but beware of offers that sound way too good to be true ! Some rental shops will promise you 'all high quality equipment' but you could discover they don't have enough new skis and most of what they have to offer is in fact up to five seasons old. It's no secret that not all skis are equal. The condition and age of the kit make the difference. We think, it is fair and honest to start by dividing the kit into 2 categories depending on the age of the equipment (Exclusive & Premium skis). When you book the best equipment with us, that's exactly what you'll get. However, if you're willing to compromise on the age of the equipment, then naturally you'll pay less.
CLASSIFICATION
EXCLUSIVE Gear is guaranteed all new this season! The age, the fit, the suitability and the condition of the equipment are all essential if you want to have the best chance of really enjoying your skiing. You're spending good money and investing your important time on your ski holiday, so our advice is don't scrimp now - rent the best equipment you can for maximum enjoyment on the mountain! It makes a big difference! PREMIUM skis have a maximum 2 season use! It is a compromise in terms of price/age, so of course you can't expect quite as much in terms of feedback, response and liveliness as you would from a new model, but the skis have all been properly serviced since new so the bases glide well and the edges are still pretty sharp.

Boot and binding compatibility, binding release settings, skier / ski suitability, children’s helmet fit or the strength of our rental poles - we don’t make mistakes and we will not compromise on your safety.
We take time and trouble to ensure that the equipment is comfortable and correctly fitted.
CHILDREN SPECIALISTS
We have more than enough top quality equipment to satisfy demand - even at the busiest times. We are able to GUARANTEE to supply every child renting equipment from us with a helmet - an important point to remember during busy school holidays.
Our junior boot/binding combinations will always conform to the industry's accepted safety standards and our staff are specifically trained to look after even the smallest of our clients.
OUR STAFF
Such a high level of service is guaranteed only by a thorough staff training programme, where every single member of our rental staff goes through an intensive week of pre-season training covering all aspects of rental and customer service.
Our staff are all English speakers so can listen to you without losing anything in translation and have no problems understanding any difficult requests or issues.
EFFICIENCY
We know that you've had a long journey and have been travelling all day. So our rental policy is quite simple: to get the right equipment, fitted correctly, first time around! Keeping the process interesting, informative and enjoyable so that you can enjoy your holiday and spend your time on the mountain, not in the rental shop ! Top quality equipment alone is not enough. It needs to be issued appropriately, efficiently and courteousely. Our rental process is designed to ensure that you have a quick and stress free visit to the shop. Our systems will guide you through the shop from one section to the next, quickly and efficiently, while ensuring all tasks are carried out correctly with all necessary information recorded.
CHANGING EQUIPMENT
Snow conditions change and you like to try different skis. Not a problem ! You are welcome to change your rental equipment any number of times during your stay. There is only a charge if you change the category of ski and upgrade to a higher performance model.
If you have any problems with your equipment, which can happen, especially with boots, all you need to do is come back to the shop and our staff will be more than happy to review your needs, advise you and change your equipment. We will spend all the time necessary to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied before you leave the shop again.
OFF-PISTE SKIING
Get ready for the Off-Piste Skiing Experience !
We can supply all the specialist equipment you will need such as: All Mountain / Big Mountain / Touring skis, Avalanche tranceivers, Shovels, Avalanche Probes - Helmets - Avalanche Air Bags etc.
We highly recommend that you ski with a guide for your safety and enjoyment and we can recommend and book a professional local Ski Guide for you.
